Kärin is one of a handful of women in North America who currently lead international mission organizations. She is the CEO of visionSynergy, a non-profit organization focused on helping mission organizations work together to develop partnerships and networks focused on reaching the unreached people of the world with limited access to the Gospel. Kärin’s passion for facilitating collaboration among ministries has grown out of twenty years of international mission experience, having lived and worked in South Africa, India and China, and traveled to more than 25 countries.
